Hello, this is the CookieRun: Braverse Trading Card Game team.

We would like to inform you that the release plans for the Starter Decks [The Fairy of the Sea] and [The Moonlight Custodian] have been changed.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize to all players who have been waiting for these products. These starter decks were originally planned with the concept of “dual-color starter decks,” designed to bring new excitement and strategies to players, and have been prepared according to the initially scheduled release timeline. However, upon repeated review, several concerns arose — such as the high entry barrier for new players, the limited pool of usable cards, and the possibility that even existing players may feel burdened by the dual-color mechanics. 

After careful consideration and extensive discussion of these issues, we concluded that releasing the products in their current state could instead cause confusion and disappointment for our players. Therefore, we have decided to comprehensively re-examine and improve the products.

The newly redesigned starter decks, initially planned as two dual-color decks, will now be restructured into five single-color starter decks, one for each color. Our current goal is to release three of these in December and the remaining two in February (based on Korea’s schedule). Each deck will further emphasize the unique identity and strategic depth of its color, ensuring a satisfying play experience for both new and existing players. 

We deeply regret the disappointment and confusion this change may cause after the long wait and anticipation. Once again, we offer our sincerest apologies. Moving forward, our team will strengthen our internal review and quality control processes, and reinforce our pre-release verification procedures to ensure that we never disappoint our players for the same reason again. We are committed to taking full responsibility until the very end. We promise to return with products that will meet — and hopefully exceed — your expectations.
